1. Who we are

黑貓戀愛軍師 (blackloveguru.com, the "Service", "we", "us") is operated by LazyCAT Studio. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights. Contact: gin@bylazycatstudio.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: the email, name and account ID provided by Google when you sign in.
• Plan and usage records: your plan, usage counts, billing period and subscription status.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We only keep the Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never your card number.
• Content you enter: messages you paste, questions you ask, chat screenshots, and descriptions of custom advisors or custom situations.
• Feature wishes: the satisfaction rating, suggestions, name and contact email paid members choose to send from "My account" (together with their account and plan), used to improve the Service and reply to them. If you tick the consent box, the wish text may be shared anonymously on our social media (for example an Instagram poll), without your name, email or rating.
• Guest data: when you are not signed in, we use a cookie and an irreversibly hashed IP address to count daily free uses.
• Technical data: browser type, device type and pages viewed, for traffic statistics.

3. How your content is handled

• Content you send goes to our server and is passed to an AI service provider to generate the analysis and replies. Our server does not store conversation content or screenshots; logs only keep technical information such as length and usage.
• We do not send your email to the AI provider; we use an identifier that does not directly identify you.
• Chat history (including screenshot thumbnails) is stored in your own browser. You can clear it with the trash button in the chat, or by clearing browser data. It does not sync across browsers or devices.
• Share cards are generated on your device and are not uploaded to our server. You decide whether the other person's words appear on a card.
• We do not use your content to train AI models and do not show it to other users.

4. Information about other people

Messages or screenshots you submit may contain another person's information. Please only provide what is needed, and avoid full names, phone numbers, addresses, social media handles or other identifying details.

5. How we use information

• Providing AI analysis, reply suggestions and chat
• Managing accounts, plans and usage
• Processing payments and preventing abuse and fraud
• Sending service emails: welcome, plan activation, usage reminders, payment failure notices, and upgrade suggestions when you run out of uses
• Traffic statistics and service improvement
• Legal compliance

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

To provide the Service, we use the following types of service providers, which process data only as necessary: payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google), AI analysis, cloud hosting and database, email delivery, and traffic analytics. They may use the data only to provide their services to us.

Otherwise we disclose data only when required by law or to protect you, other users or the Service.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, count guest uses and measure traffic. You can disable cookies, but sign-in and usage counting may not work properly.

8. Retention

• Conversation content and screenshots: not stored on our server.
• Account data and usage records: kept until you ask us to delete them; billing records required by law are kept for the required period.
• Guest usage records: deleted automatically after about 2 days.
• Payment records: kept by Stripe under its own policies and applicable law.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, a copy of, or correction of your data, ask us to stop collecting, processing or using it, or ask us to delete it. You may also ask us to stop sending upgrade suggestion emails. Email gin@bylazycatstudio.com from your registered address and we will reply within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone; please cancel any active subscription first under "My account → Manage subscription".

10. International processing

Our service providers may process and store data outside Taiwan. We choose providers with reasonable safeguards.

11. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and other reasonable measures. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Minors

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Users under 18 should use it only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 and will delete it if we become aware of it.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new date; significant changes will be notified by email or on the website.

14. Governing law and language

This policy is governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of the Commonwealth of Australia and New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any rights you have under the laws of your place of residence (for example, Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act). If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
