1. The Service

黑貓戀愛軍師 (blackloveguru.com, the "Service", "we", "us") is operated by LazyCAT Studio. It uses AI to help you analyse chat messages, suggest replies and answer dating-related questions. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. All content is generated by AI for reference and entertainment only, and is not professional relationship, psychological, medical or legal advice. If you are in distress or thinking about harming yourself, please call the 1925 helpline in Taiwan (24 hours, free) or seek help from people around you or a professional.

2. Accounts and age

Some features require signing in with Google. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over; users under 18 should use and pay for it only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Plans and usage

• Guests: 1 free use per day.
• Free: 3 uses per day, reset at 00:00 Taiwan time.
• Basic: NT$199/month, 300 uses per month, includes screenshot analysis.
• Pro: NT$399/month, 800 uses per month, plus custom advisors and custom situations.

Each pasted message or question uses 1; each screenshot (paid plans only) uses 2. Paid uses reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. If the advisor fails to reply, the use is refunded automatically. Failures caused by connection or system problems are always refunded; if the reply content is malformed, up to 5 automatic refunds per day (counted from 00:00 Taiwan time) apply to prevent abuse, and the app tells you when a use was not refunded.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Paid plans renew automatically every month on the same day until cancelled.
• Upgrading from Basic to Pro takes effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrading takes effect at the next billing period.
• If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries automatically and your account is treated as Free in the meantime; access returns once payment succeeds. After repeated failures the subscription is cancelled.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change; periods already paid are not affected.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time under "My account → Manage subscription". You keep access until the end of the current period, you will not be charged again, and your account returns to Free. Apart from the refund rule below, partial periods are not refunded.

6. Refunds

For your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have used fewer than 10 uses in that period. Email gin@bylazycatstudio.com from your registered address with the subject "Refund request". Refunds go back to the original card and usually appear within 5–10 business days; the subscription ends immediately and your account returns to Free. Renewals, upgrade charges, requests after 7 days, or periods with 10 or more uses are not refundable, but you can always cancel and keep access until the period ends. Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by system errors are refunded in full. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law. In case of payment disputes or chargebacks, we may suspend the account until resolved, as permitted by law and payment network rules.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, manipulate or harm anyone; break the law or infringe others' rights; enter other people's sensitive personal data (such as ID numbers, addresses or medical records); create or spread illegal, sexual, hateful or violent content; access the Service with automated tools, bypass usage limits or disrupt it; or commit fraud or payment abuse. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules; for serious violations, fees already paid are not refunded.

8. AI-generated content

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. You decide whether to use it and are responsible for the results. You are responsible for the personality and situation descriptions you enter for custom advisors and custom situations.

9. Rights in content

The website, advisor characters, images, text and code belong to LazyCAT Studio. Content you enter belongs to you. You may freely use and share the replies and share cards you receive, but please do not use the advisor characters or site name commercially.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI content is accurate or suitable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or opportunities. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the paid service entirely, we will give notice and refund the unused portion of your period. We may update these Terms; updates will be posted here with a new date, and significant changes will be notified by email or on the website. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and language

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of the Commonwealth of Australia and New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any rights you have under the laws of your place of residence (for example, Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act). If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
